- The song title "Fallen" appears on the inside photograph of the Lost Dogs album on one of the many recording tapes in the vault. It is assumed this is the song played live on 1995-06-20 at the Red Rocks Amphitheater which fans and unofficial bootlegs have titled "Falling Down".
- The date marked on the recording tape in the vault photograph shows 2/26/97 - 3/17/97. Because of the dates, it is possible this was a song recorded during the Yield sessions. However, since it was known to have been played live before this time, it is more likely a song created during the No Code sessions.
- The music for this song was later used in the song "Distress" by The Rockfords (a side band including Mike McCready playing guitar) inferring that Mike either wrote or co-wrote the music since it was used in his side project, however according to the Pearl Jam Rumor Pit #32, Ed wrote the music.
