The What is a spin off name off of The Who and involves members of Pearl Jam and The Fastbacks. They've only played two shows, the first one being on 1996-11-05 in Groningen, The Netherlands as the opening band for The Fastbacks. The second, and last time was on 1996-11-24 in Cascais, Portugal and were part of The Fastbacks set, whom were opening for Pearl Jam.
