  • Originally, the album was titled Five Against One, but was later changed. Some initial cassette releases were printed with the original title.
  • Pearl Jam's Vs. album sold over 950,000 copies in its first week on sale; this set an unprecedented record for most albums sold in its first week of release in history. This record was later broken by the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC.
