Vedder's Earthling Sporting an All-Star Cast

In a new interview with MOJO magazine Eddie Vedder has let fans know to expect some big names on his upcoming album, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, and Ringo Starr.  It will also include music by his late father, Edward Louis Severson, Jr., salvaged from CDs given to him by his father's friend and bandmate, Carmen Fanzone.

Though not part of the interview, those who have gotten the first single on vinyl have no doubt spotted that Eddie's daughter, Harper, is also singing back-up on "Long Way," giving us three generations on one album.

Earthling Tracklist

Today Eddie Vedder announced the tracklist for his upcoming album, Earthling (February 11).  The news also came with a clip of music (is it "On My Way"?) and an announcement that another single, "Brother the Cloud" is coming next week on January 14th.

The Rockfords Reissue

Danny Newcomb, guitarist for The Rockfords, announced yesterday that their debut album (on vinyl?) next month on Valentine's Day with a single coming to streaming next week on January 14th.  That's very exciting for fans who have had a hard time hunting down this rare gem featuring Mike McCready.
