McCready to Play Hendrix Tribute

In what is surely the best $30 ticket in town, the Experience Music Project in Seattle will be presenting a Hendrix Tribute concert featuring Billy Cox on Saturday, November 17th.  One of our favorite guitarists will be performing.

The night’s de facto guest of honor is bassist Billy Cox, the lone surviving member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Band of Gypsys. He’ll be joined by a slew artists (mostly locals) including Brandi Carlile, Duff McKagan, Mike McCready, Brad Whitford (Aerosmith), Ernie Isley (Isley Brothers), and more.
