Previously, Pearl Jam had been allowing individual theaters make their own decisions on whether or not to show the Gigaton in Dolby Atmos listening experiences. The continuing situation around Coronavirus has forced Pearl Jam to make the decision to postpone all showings indefinitely.
We are aware several markets have already postponed or cancelled their screenings and we believe more will follow suit in the coming days. As this public health crisis continues to unfold, we have made the unfortunate decision to postpone ALL of the March 25th “Gigaton Theatrical Listening Experience” events until they can be safely rescheduled.Tickets are sold via individual theaters, so affected patrons should contact the theater where their purchase was made.
We are working closely with all of our exhibitors around the world to quickly re-schedule these events as soon as possible.
